How to Download Form 26AS

(Mobile number should be registered with Aadhaar for OTP)

Step - 1

Go to https://incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in and Login using your income tax department login & password. If you don't have an account, you’ll need to register first (see the button on top of LOGIN). (Refer Note 1)

Step - 2

Enter your PAN number, password and enter the captcha code. Now click on LOGIN.

Step - 3

Click on “My Accont” and then “View Form 26AS (Tax Credit)” and then confirm. You will be redirected to TRACES Website.

Step - 4

Select the box on the screen and click on ‘Proceed’

Step - 5

Click on the link at the bottom of the page – ‘View Tax Credit (Form 26AS)’

Step - 6

Choose the Assessment Year and the format as HTML then click on view/download and then click on export as PDF.

Note :

If you do not have password to login to Income tax website then you can login to Income tax through your Net Banking Login.

If you don’t have net banking account then you can reset your password to Income tax account and then Login to Income Tax Account.
